Xuan Gong Quan (Mystical Style Form) includes 32 movements. This form is a Northern basic training form used by Taoist Monks. Wudang Mountain is comprised of both Northern & Southern Kungfu traditions
. The Southern tradition is focused on hand to hand combat, while the Northern tradition is most famous for their leg work. Xuan Gong Quan is from Northern Wudang & is mainly known for its basic leg movements.
Though this form is basic, it is not a simple form because each movement is extreme. Xuan Gong Quan includes all of the Wudang Kungfu basic fist work, leg work & stances.

I cant wait until you release it. Why do you call it Mystical Form? I saw a video clip of you doing the form on youtube a few months ago. I was trying to learn it from watching....but I guess the video got removed for some reason. I searched all over the net for you because the energy in your technique inspired me so much. I have been studying Tai chi philosophy for health for 22 years(since I was 10) and now my studies are moving toward martial style....so I have been studying Wudan Tai Chi Quan , and Shaolin basics like crazy(great exercise). I hope to some day come to Wudan and learn from you in person. Your energy is amazing. I feel as if I need to study at Wudan for some reason.
