Flowing and fluid, Tai He Dao is a dynamic broadsword form based on the Wudang Tai He Quan or Great Harmony Fist form. A relatively short form, it contains many basic broadsword techniques and explosive fajin, with extensive focus on using the lower Dantian to generate movement and power. Each class will also include a review and practice of basic broadsword skills/techniques and The course will  also include an overview of  some Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches for strengthening and protecting the wrist joints.
