Each Course will mainly focus on 1 Wudang Form or Technique
If you are already familiar with the content of the course, after a review period you will be welcome to learn additional material

Courses have a minimum of 3 and are limited to 15 participates

Each Course Difficulty, Temperature Expectations and Focus Outlined below:

 

July 5 - July 20

Medium Difficulty:
Focus: Five Animal Qigong with Taiji Foundations (Taiji Walking, Basic Taiji movements)
  Physical Fitness Requirement: Short Distance Hiking, no more than 30 minutes once per week
  Average Daytime Temperature: 33’C
  Daytime High: 38’C
Schedule:

   - Start 7 - 7:30am - Qigong

              8am - Breakfast

              9:30 - 10:30am - Taiji

              11:30am - Lunch

              12:30 - 3pm - Afternoon Break

              3 - 5pm - personal practice and self-review

              6pm - Dinner

              7 - 8:30pm - Taiji and Qigong

July 20- August 5.

Medium Difficulty

  Focus: Taiji 28 and BaDuan Jing (8 Piece of Brocade) Qigong with Light GongFu foundation training
  Physical Fitness Requirement: Medium Distance Hiking 1 - 2 hours once or twice per week
  Average Daytime Temperature: 35’C
  Overnight Low: 40’C

              8am - Breakfast

              9:30 - 10:30am Taiji and Martial Arts Basics

              11:30am - Lunch

              12:30 - 3pm - Afternoon Break

     Evening open for Meditation, personal practice and self-review

Hardest Difficulty 

  Focus: Basics, TaiYi WuXing Quan, JiBen Quan and BaDuan Jing (8 Pieces of Brocade) Qigong
  Physical Fitness Requirement: Long Distance Hiking, 3 or more hours per day for 3 or more days
  Average Daytime Temperature: 34’C
  Daytime High: 38’C

              8am - Breakfast

              9 - 11am - Teaching, GongFu, and Taiji Forms Instruction
