Master Bing will teach in Wudang, from May 20,  2018 to January 2019,  welcome join the  "15 Day Corse", this corse need Minimum of 3 Students to start, 
 If there less than 3 Students join the Course, Deposit will be Returned and Course will be closed.

students also can arrive straight forward, at anytime during the year, train Selected Study Content.
Master Bing will visit and teaching United States and other places during the Spring, most likely from Feb to May. the rest of the year, he will stay in the school in Wudang Mountain.

Each Course will mainly focus on 1 Wudang Form or Technique
If you are already familiar with the content of the course, after a review period you will be welcome to learn additional material

Courses have a minimum of 2 and are limited to 12 participates

May 20-June 5

Medium Difficulty 

  Focus: Taiji 28 and BaDuan Jing (8 Piece of Brocade) Qigong with Light GongFu foundation training
  Physical Fitness Requirement: Medium Distance Hiking 1 - 2 hours once or twice per week
  Average Daytime Temperature: 25’C
  Overnight Low: 16’C  

Schedule:

   - Start 6:30 - 8am - Qigong, Taiji, and Walking Mountain Trails

              8am - Breakfast

              9:30 - 10:30am Taiji and Martial Arts Basics

              11:30am - Lunch

              12:30 - 3pm - Afternoon Break

              3 - 5pm - Taiji and GongFu Training

              6pm - Dinner

     Evening open for Meditation, personal practice and self-review
