Taiyi Wuxing Quan (Taiyi Five Element Form) includes 25 groups & 81 movements. This is an important school of wudang internal work. The main contents of Taiyi School are somewhat similar to that of Wudang Taiji. Taiyi Wuxing Quan was founded by master Shouxing, who is of Longmen School of Wudang Taoism in Ming Dynasty.
The principles of this Taiyi Wuxing Quan are based on Yin Yang & the Five Elements. This form is highly influenced by the Five-Animal Form of Hua Tuo, a famous doctor from the Han Dynasty. Taiyi Wuxing Quan also heavily relies on  regulated breathing, striking and defense.
When practicing this form, the internal practice becomes more important than pysical strength. The body has cirular motion & moves slowly, smoothly & naturally. This form is filled with charm & magic.
- Bai Yuan chu dong, shuang feng bai ri (White ape comes out of its cave, two peaks priest to the sun)
- Xuanya le ma, haidi ding yun (rein in at the precipices, lift the cloud under the sea)
- Jiaolong mingmeng, lei pi shan hong (Dragon in confusion, the thunder chops the mountain)
- Xiniu wang yue, zhuan shen tuo tian (Rhinoceros looks at the moon, turn around to support the heaven)
- Qingshi bao qiu, shanqi jing ding (Dark lion embraces the ball,
 springs from Nian ting)
- Baozi han mei, yang jing lin (Beautiful leopard raises its head, surprising the whole world)
- Dapeng zhan zhi, qun shou zhen jing (Roc spreads its wings, all the beasts are panic-stricken)
- Hualu caizhi, fu yin qing quan (spotted deer picks the herb medicine and lowers its head to drink in the streak)
- Huang mang han jin, xi yin zhong meng (Yellow serpent at water mouth provoke the brave beasts)
- Liyu da ting, bo lang tao tian Capers rolls about, waves rushes to the heaven)
- Xiong ying tan shan, shuang qin ji qun (Hawk searches for the mountain and catches the chicken group)
- Xian he teng kong, fei wu feng yun (Crane jumps in the air and dances)
- Jin hou qie dan, lu huo jie ping Monkey King steals the fruit of the
 alchemy and overturns the fire)
- Jing e tai yue, bo ping lang jing Whale and crocodile find the moon, the sea is calm)
- Hei xiong fan zhang, wei zhen sen lin (Black bear turns its palm and surprises the whole forest)
- Jinchan tui qiao, zui wo yao chi (Slip out of a predicament like a cicada sloughing its skin, lies in the pond drunkard)
- Xique deng zhi, han li mei yin (Magpie perches on the branch and stands on the moss)
- Cang long ru hai, yi shou xin ning (Dragon returns to the sea, keep calm in the inner world)
- Yema dou zong, lie xing fei teng (wild horse shakes its mane and its fierce character increases)
- Shenyuan ru dong, xin gui xin tian (Mysterious ape comes back to
 the cave and keeps ¡°tranquil¡±)
- Caifeng ling kong, bai liao qi min (Colorful phoenix is in the air and all the birds sing)
- Fuhu ling tai, yong shou huang ting (Crouching tiger lies on the sacrifices platform and on guard)
- Qiang Yuan shou yi, zheng qi gong cun (Yuan shou yi who was incorrupt created it)
